Installation Guide
Step-by-step guidance to help you install acoustic wall panels, ceiling panels, and baffles.
1. Preparation
Measure your room and plan panel placement for maximum coverage.
Clean walls or ceilings to ensure proper adhesion.
Check the surface is flat, dry, and dust-free.
Have the right tools ready: tape measure, spirit level, adhesive, screws, drill, and safety gear.
2. Installation – Wall Panels
Mark panel positions with a chalk line or pencil.
Apply a strong acoustic adhesive in an “S” pattern across the back of the panel.
Press the panel firmly against the wall, using a spirit level to keep it straight.
For extra security, use screws with large washers or concealed clips.
Allow adhesive to cure for 24 hours before heavy use.
3. Installation – Ceiling Panels
Panels can be direct-fixed with adhesive or installed in a ceiling grid.
For direct-fix: apply adhesive evenly and press panels into place.
For grid systems: slot panels into standard suspended ceiling frameworks.
Always ensure safe ladder use and secure lifting if working overhead.
4. Installation – Acoustic Baffles
Mark suspension points in the ceiling according to layout.
Fix hanging cables or suspension frames securely into structural supports.
Attach each baffle via eyelets or clips, ensuring consistent spacing.
Adjust heights for a level finish.
Double-check weight limits and anchor fixings for safety.
