Australia-wide delivery
Melfoam Acoustics delivers acoustic ceiling panels, acoustic wall panels, acoustic baffles, and off-the-shelf acoustic products across Australia.
Shipping costs, delivery methods, and handling requirements may vary depending on the size, weight, and nature of the products ordered.
Dispatch times
Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 4 business days.
Dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability, order size, freight requirements, public holidays, and regional delivery locations.
If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you directly.
Delivery areas
We deliver to metro and regional areas across Australia.
Please note that some oversized or bulky products may require pallet freight, courier freight, or special handling.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, delivery charges are based on product size and weight, order quantity, delivery location, and the freight method required.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where available.
Warehouse pickup
Customers may also collect eligible orders from our Clayton, Melbourne warehouse.
Pickup process: Place your order online and select warehouse pickup where available. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting.
Pickup times: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.
Damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged goods and packaging to [email protected].
Returns
If you wish to request a return, please contact us before sending any goods back.
Returns may only be accepted where goods are faulty, damaged in transit, the wrong item has been supplied, or the product is covered by Australian Consumer Law rights.
We do not generally accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selections made by the customer, products that have been cut, installed, used, or altered, or special order or non-stocked items unless faulty.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where required by law.
