Do you install the panels?
Melfoam focuses on product supply. If you need professional installation, we can refer you to SoundFix Acoustics for site-specific advice, supply, and installation support.
What should I prepare before installation?
Measure the room, plan panel placement, clean the wall or ceiling surface, check that it is flat and dry, and prepare suitable tools, fixings, adhesive, and safety equipment.
Can panels be used on walls and ceilings?

Returns, damage & product suitability
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, notify Melfoam within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the goods and packaging.
Can I return acoustic panels?
Returns may be accepted where goods are faulty, damaged in transit, the wrong item has been supplied, or your Australian Consumer Law rights apply. Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.
