Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and we have accepted the order for processing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect product information, or freight limitations.

Stock availability shown on the website may not always reflect real-time stock movement. Some items may be in stock, low in stock, made to order, or subject to lead time.

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on freight conditions, stock levels, and location.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once goods are collected from our warehouse or delivered to the freight carrier or delivery service. Title to the goods does not pass until full payment has been received.

Orders selected for warehouse pickup must be collected in accordance with the pickup instructions provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring they bring a suitable vehicle and any required help for loading oversized products.

Returns are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
